Trial Moderator: This rank has just been accepted from an Staff application and interview and is now ready to staff. You go on the server make sure people are happy and answer inquiries. Go Staff on duty to help though. If you need assistance contact a higher rank if you are stuck. Do not make up information make sure you are telling the truth. Moderator: This rank is usually Staff on duty on the server making sure players have a great time playing and if requested by a player they are expected to come no matter what if on duty. If of duty and there is no one on and called you switch to Staff on duty when you are out of RP and respond to the players assistance request.[/b] [b]Admin: [/b][b]This rank is responsible for the Trial Moderator's and Moderator's (Making sure they are doing their job right). After keeping eye on the Moderator's they will report what they are seeing to a Head-Admin and then he/she will bring it up to the Higher team. Don't forget admins still have to go on Staff on Duty.[/b] [b]Head-Admin: Responsible for all lower ranks and reporting to higher ups about who they thing is doing good and who can improve. Gets lower ranks to go on duty if there are not enough Staff on duty's. This rank must also go on Staff on duty and times. You assist lower ranks in banning people if the rank below does not have a ban time long enough for the player on trial. [/b] [b]Super-Admin: Watches the server and comes on to assist lower ranks with information,bans,refunds and adding peoples rank. This rank must work hard run the server as best as they can. If no Staff on duty's are on they will prompt staff to go on if you do not it will be a demotion unless the excuse provided is valid. Takes reports from Head-Admins and deals with situations about Scams and Staff.[/b] [b]Co-Owner:[/b] [b]Looks over everyone lower than him/her to make sure everything is running smoothly between the staff team and servers, in general to make sure everyone is okay and happy with the server and to solve problems and give information.[/b] [b]Owner: This looks over the whole of the community everyone,everything and every server they are responsible for the donation system and the server making sure everything is good within the team and community of players.[/b] [b][u]What we expect from you as staff.[/u][/b] [b]As a staff member the expectations are high as you should be active on the server and with the community and should help anyone in need of assistance, do your job, be ready for a challenge. Be mature and don't be mucking around majorly. Don't swear on duty at other player's no matter how annoying they are.
